Founded in 1998 by Managing Partner Tony Hill and Partner Hans Edwards, Edwards & Hill Office Furniture began with an emphasis on multimedia – producing training videos, organizing business conventions, and creating marketing campaigns. A few years later, changes in market demand brought about more of an emphasis on the office furniture arm of the company. While our multimedia division continues to be an important aspect of the work that we do, it was in office furniture supply that we truly found our niche.
Edwards & Hill is a leading office furniture supply and installation firm, able to install one workstation with its applicable furnishings and accessories, yet equally adept at installing hundreds of workstations, multiple offices, chairs, filing cabinets, and more and performing office relocation and reconfiguration services.

Both Mr. Hill and Mr. Edwards bring over 33 years of accounting, advertising services, public relations services, marketing services, technical, web design, project management, office space planning, and interior design experience to the company.
Tony Hill, Managing Partner
Throughout an ever-evolving and creative career, Mr. Hill has become a leader in the interior design and office space planning industry. Representing dozens of furniture manufacturers, he can re-configure an existing space or start with a clean slate to create a space that is aesthetically pleasing, as well as comfortable and productive for those who use it. For more than 26 years, he’s been Managing Partner of Edwards & Hill Office Furniture. Edwards & Hill Office Furniture completed the installation of all of the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for the MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino. The company also installed the front of house furniture and artwork for the Horseshoe Baltimore Casino. Edwards & Hill also supplied and installed all of the back of house furniture for the Maryland Live! Casino and managed the delivery, warehousing and installation of all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment in the 2000 guestroom Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Mr. Hill was recently featured in the Baltimore Business Journal.
Mr. Hill is also a seasoned performer who has gone from creating an in-house radio station at his high school to traveling the world as spokesperson for major corporations like Coca-Cola to Hosting “Dream House” on HGTV to landing a role in the Steven Spielberg directed feature film, “Minority Report,” starring Tom Cruise. Mr. Hill has also worked with the Director and Producer of “The Hurt Locker” and “Zero Dark Thirty”, Kathryn Bigelow. As freelance on-camera and voiceover talent, Mr. Hill’s client list includes Astra Merck Pharmaceuticals, U.S. Department of Defense, Mercedes Benz, FBI, Rite Aid Corporation, Sears, General Motors, and Marlo Industries.
Mr. Hill is a graduate of Morgan State University and holds a B.S. in Telecommunications. He takes great pride in being able to give back to his local community as well as to many others around the globe.
Hans Edwards, Partner
Hans Edwards is co-founder and partner of Edwards & Hill Office Furniture. For over 21 years, Mr. Edwards, has managed many office furniture and interior design projects for government customers around the country including but not limited to Ft. Meade, Ft. Detrick, Langley AFB, Ft. Belvoir, Aberdeen Proving Ground, USDA and Department of State. Mr. Edwards has also managed many commercial projects for such customers as BGE, University of Maryland Medical System, Johns Hopkins Health System, Exelon, Maryland Live! Casino, Horseshoe Baltimore Casino, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and his company’s largest project to date was managing the installation of all of the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for the million square foot MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Before starting his own company, Mr. Edwards worked as a software engineer for BAE Systems supporting DOD, Department of State and other government products; an experience which enhanced his analytical and technical skills. With over 19 years of project management experience, interior design experience, software development experience, marketing experience, web development experience and technical writing skills, Mr. Edwards has the drive, knowledge and the diverse skills needed to make any client project a success.
Mr. Edwards is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and takes great pride in being able to give back to his local community. The company donated all new office furniture to the new office of the Young Audiences non-profit organization which works to bring arts in education to at-risk or disadvantaged children in underserved Maryland schools.
